The main problem is the process, such as the lack of scientific color matching and the lag of the sizing process and the large color difference between the positive and negative sides. Domestic textile digital printing is only based on artificial experience, without a set of scientific color matching methods.
Digital printing is controlled by computer output color, and the color displayed on computer screen is different from that of inkjet printing. This requires a color matching process. The process of color adjustment should be based on the characteristics of the dye, the precision of the printing and the category of fabric, etc., and set different process parameters. If the parameters are not good, it will make the printing color with different contribution.
Because the home textile digital printing uses the four color separation principle to print, the change of any one parameter, the color change will be very big. The color is serious and the bright color is not good enough. In particular, the more color mixed, the higher the gray level, as if the surface of the fabric is covered with a layer of mist.
Through observation, it is found that the main reason is the ink spray from the nozzle, which is caused by the coloring of each other on the surface of the fabric. Because the four colors of red, yellow, blue and black exist independently in four colors. If they can not mix with each other, the color will be more vivid. But if the colors are mixed together after the printing press, the reflected color will become black or gray.
The process of textile digital printing, the first is the fabric itself will absorb the moisture in the air, in the spray after printing steaming, sizing paste and fabric and to absorb moisture, so that the printing on fabric ink droplets produced ink penetration, multicolor cross color mixing, color dark gray caused.
Although the color of digital printing is rich in color, it has a good transition to the color level of the moire, scenery and human image. However, it is not as good as the traditional printing in the brightness, and some very bright colors can not be made. The color difference between the positive and negative sides of the fabric is relatively large, and the permeability is not as good as that of the flat net and the circular net.

The amount of ink that is sprayed on the fabric is very small, and the ink can only stay on the surface of the fabric.
Home textile digital printing is required for ink, and the amount of ink consumed is relatively less. It can save water and save energy when washing. But because the amount of ink sprayed on the fabric is very small, the ink can only stay on the surface of the fabric. This creates two problems, one is the positive and negative difference is serious, like a scarf or to do penetration printing, cannot meet the requirements; two is due to the color difference between opposite serious, relatively loose fabric, as long as the friction or sewing, will have no negative color silk (or yarn) turn to the front, commonly known as "anti wire". This result greatly affects the appearance of the fabric and can not be accepted by the consumer. If we increase the amount of ink, the reverse osmosis is improved. Although the "reverse silk" situation has been improved, the pattern clarity of the printing is greatly reduced, and the thinning stems and blurred graphics cannot satisfy the customers' requirements.
